Mastering peace is about mastering our mind and conquering our own thoughts. Peace is not a destination that we can get to but rather a state of mind that we are capable of being in a constant state of. This is about re-framing our thoughts and staying connected. What do you want to tell yourself today? What statement can you repeat in your mind that will take you a step closer to peace. Let's start with something simple. Begin with an "I am" statement. Mine for today will be "I am deserving of peace."
